The notion of what success looks like for this new entity is one of the things we will be exploring over the coming months but neither ‘being unsuccessful’ or ‘rolling back’ are really options for us. Changes to the JISC committee structures are in progress and funding for the services has already been transferred to the JISC Executive pending the full operation of the company so the baseline has already shifted.  If your question is aimed more at the level of integration between services and how much change is desirable then that is one of the things this project is looking at – hopefully so that we can get it right first time!
